Hopefully the weather will be just as good as it was last Tuesday for us this week. Rowing - I have spoken with Terry and he and his team will be endeavouring to get the boats out this week for two sessions of approx 45 minutes. This will make the start time earlier for some - if you have restrictions on time, can you please let me know asap so that I can try to slot you into a preferred time.
Those that attended last week's session will have preference for the water session. Those who didn't attend last week (or the week before) should be able to work on the sliders inside the Rowing Club. I will email you all with more info tomorrow.

About the Nelson Women's Activator Series
Take part in one or more of a series of training and information sessions to get women active and involved in summer events.
Get fit and get into swimming, mountain biking, running and walking, sea swimming, road cycling, and even triathlons. There are weekly training sessions covering differing sports. Alongside these training sessions participants can attend information sessions on nutrition, how to purchase and wear the correct clothing and footwear, and stretching and injury prevention.
The Women's Activator Series aims to be an affordable way to introduce women to a new physical activity. You can focus on one of the sporting activities on offer, or work on several and build up completing a 10km Run/Walk, a half marathon or even the Taylors Nelson Womens Triathlon.
