I am just putting the finishing touches to tomorrow night's plan and sorting out the indoor bikes. I have enough wind trainers but need two more bikes - if you have a bike that you would be able to bring and use (and let about five or six other women also use), can you please let me know. It gets put onto a wind trainer - the front wheel comes off, and the back wheel is secured onto a roller type system.
