I'll admit I'm a bit nervous about the swimming - can't remember the last time I swam lengths. My idea of 'swimming' is tropical waters with my trusty noodle proping me up . . . ahhh heaven!!

I know a number of the women are feeling exactly the same Lisa! But do not fret - Lionel from Oneflow swimming is extremely experienced and wise in the art of swimming, so will certainly help keep everyone on track! Check out his profile... and at the end of the day I am sure we can find some trusty noodles or kick boards if we're really struggling.
ReplyDeleteHi - what motivated me was the swim confidence/technique as I don't have any floatation pods in me and sink to the bottom so aren't comfortable when the water is over my head. Not sure about the mountain biking as don't own a bike but am looking forward to the walking section. I'm hoping to meet up with someone who lives in my neighbourhood and is at my level who wants to get together for some exercise sessions.
