For our next session - at MiGym on Tuesday night Wear comfy/ stretchy clothes and footwear, like T shirts, trackies/shorts. Bring a water bottles and smiles!!
Take part in one or more of a series of training and information sessions to get women active and involved in summer events.
Get fit and get into swimming, mountain biking, running and walking, sea swimming, road cycling, and even triathlons. There are weekly training sessions covering differing sports. Alongside these training sessions participants can attend information sessions on nutrition, how to purchase and wear the correct clothing and footwear, and stretching and injury prevention.
The Women's Activator Series aims to be an affordable way to introduce women to a new physical activity. You can focus on one of the sporting activities on offer, or work on several and build up completing a 10km Run/Walk, a half marathon or even the Taylors Nelson Womens Triathlon.
